Research On The Translation Of Some Legal Texts From The Perspective Of Skopos Theory

With the advancement of China's legal society,law plays an important role in the development of today's society.Therefore,legal translation has become the main content and direction of many scholars.This article will continue to explore the translation of legal texts based on previous studies.This paper first studies the characteristics of Chinese legal provisions,pointing out that the content of legal language includes legal terminology and general words.General words include fuzzy words,four-character,classical words,word repetitions and modal verbs.Syntactic content includes passive sentences.Fixed format,transition sentences,and term sentences.With the aim theory as the guidance,the legal text translation methods—literary translation and free translation—were discussed,and on this basis,the translation techniques such as adding lexical and subtractive lexical methods are discussed in detail.Through discussion,we believe that these translation methods and techniques play a very important role in the translation of legal texts.Good auxiliary function.The innovation of this paper is to study the translation of Chinese legal texts under the guidance of Skopostheorie.Under the guidance of the three principles of Skopostheorie,the translation and integration of Uyghur legal texts corresponding to the characteristics of Chinese legal texts reflect legal translation during translation.The purpose is to be faithful to the Chinese legal text,and to ensure the continuity of the context,in order to achieve the purpose of legal translation,in order to be translated into the Uighur legal text with the same effectiveness as the Chinese legal text.Through the goal theory to guide the translation of Chinese legal texts,it is found that Skopostheorie has a good explanatory power for legal translation,and the legal translation is translated by the principle of "literary translation as the main and translation as the supplement".Through the research of this paper,we can broaden the research horizon of translation theory,provide guidance for the translation of applied texts in legal texts,and provide some reference for future translation practice and teaching outline.
