The Cultural Radiation Of Historical And Cultural Cities In Hebei Province Evaluation Study

Cultural self-confidence is one of the major strategies of the country,Hebei Province,as a province adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin,not only must we build a strong economic province,but also need to build a strong cultural province.The improvement of urban cultural radiation is the key to building a strong cultural province.Detailed data obtained through web crawling,word segmentation techniques,and sample surveys,using descriptive statistical analysis and urban breakpoint models,assess the cultural radiation of the five historical and cultural ancient cities in Hebei,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the cultural radiation power of historical cities in Hebei Province.The difficulty of this paper is the collection and organization of data.Organize and collect data in two ways:The first part is indirect data,that is,by consulting the yearbook and collating the data obtained from the public list of the relevant departments.The other part is direct data,that is,survey data obtained by designing a sample survey plan and conducting a sample survey.Indirect data is more complicated,need to be refined through various means.The technical means used in this paper are data crawler technology and commentary segmentation technology.Direct data needs to design a questionnaire,survey collection by designing a sample survey program.Sampling survey using improved double sampling,combined with multi-stage sampling and double sampling.The index system of urban cultural radiation power is constructed according to the principles of objectivity,science and comprehensiveness,and is constructed in combination with the situation of Hebei Province and local characteristics.Urban culture radiation power is divided into four parts,cultural resources,cultural industry development,cultural influence and location characteristics.Finally,an index system consisting of four dimensions,two levels,and 20 specific indicators was established.Using objective weighting methods--entropy method empowering evaluation indicators.The weights of cultural resources,industrial development,cultural influence and location characteristics are 24.4%,33.3%,23.6%,18.7%,respectively.Get the ranking of cultural radiation power of five historical and cultural cities in Hebei Province.Among them,Shijiazhuang ranked the highest,followed by Chengde City and Baoding City,and the end of Qinhuangdao City and Handan City.By constructing the Converse city breakpoint model,calculate the radiation power of the five cities to the surrounding areas.Analyze the extent and extent of cultural radiation in cities and give recommendations.
