Picture books teaching,the teaching after the game,a new teaching method in English classroom,picture books,by the picture of "talking" with a brief,necessary word,as long as the picture can see picture books for students,tells the story of the tedious words and sentences in the textbook vividly on the page animation general picture books,in the form of students are happy to give students knowledge "telling" with the story.Compared with the previous game teaching method,it is to develop students' interest in learning English on the basis of further.Not only can arouse the student enough interest and the study enthusiasm,but also can maintain the student's study interest,extends to the extracurricular.If properly used,it can also cultivate students' independent learning ability,which is an ideal method of primary school English teaching at this stage.However,while the teaching of Chinese picture books in primary schools is developing rapidly,the teaching of English picture books in primary schools is developing slowly due to many factors.Firstly,although teachers know English picture books,they do not know enough about them.Know the role of English picture books,but can not use.Picture books are still used in traditional English teaching methods,so they cannot play the role of English picture books.Secondly,teachers cannot grasp the use of picture books.It is known that the use of picture books in English teaching is to return the classroom to the students with the students as the main body,but in fact,the teacher still plays a very important role.To tell the stories in picture books to students is not to read them word by word,but to "explain" the stories to students with methods and strategies.Then,the teacher is also the key to the students' understanding of the story,and is the bridge between the bilingualism in the students' minds.Third,nowadays,due to the rapid development of social economy and the increase of differences between students,teaching methods are updated at a fast speed.When teachers have not been able to adapt to a teaching method,there may be better teaching methods in the classroom.Too fast update speed leads to students,teachers and parents can not adapt,so as to achieve the desired teaching effect.According to these effects,therefore,the application of English picture books and development speed of English picture books teaching factors,the author through the internship in the elementary school do some research on primary school English picture books teaching,expect to find the root of the problem,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions combined with the results of the survey analysis,in order to make contributions to the development of Chinese primary school English picture books teaching a meager force.
