On Employment-Oriented Vocational English Teaching Reform

With the improvement of economic structural adjustment and the rapid development of the economy,society and factory's demands have become increasing diversified for English talents.English teaching how to adapt to secondary vocational education's development,how to serve the Professional Courses,so I put forth some proposals to reform the educational system.Based on the analysis and research of employment status of secondary vocational school graduates and market requirement,the paper,taking Bayinguoleng Vocational AndTechnical College as an example puts forward new teaching mode for the employment promotion of secondary vocational school.The research on Secondary Professional English teaching can promote the theoretical study of Secondary Professional English teaching to a certain extent.And the research on vocational English teaching practice can promote the theoretical study of vocational English teaching to a certain extent.With the combination of theory and practice,the findings and results of the theoretical study can be applied into teaching practice,which will in turn modify the conclusion of theoretical studies constantly.For improve the quality of English teaching in secondary vocational school.There four chapters in this paper,and the main contents are as following.Introduction: The first chapter describing the domestic and international research background of the Vocational Education.And present about research status of Chinese Secondary vocational Education and Secondary Professional English teaching.And point out the necessity and importance of the research.Chapter one: On the basis of combing literature to define "Secondary vocational Education " and "Employment-Oriented".And explains the theoretical basis of this study.Chapter two: This chapter survey and analyzes the present situation of Secondary Professional English teaching in Bayinguoleng Vocational and Technical College.And analysis we can know the problem of disconnection between English teaching and employment.Chapter three: Taking Bayinguoleng Vocational and Technical College as an example,to carry out the practice and exploration of the reform of English teaching in secondary vocational school.Chapter four: This chapter puts forward the countermeasures and thinking of six aspects.
