The Characteristics Of Psychological Counselor's Matching Attitude And Its Influencing Factors

Matching can promote the establishment of the relationship between the client and the counselor,promote the interaction,improve the consultation effect,and reduce the dropout rate.The psychological counselor's matching attitude is the behavioral tendency and characteristics of the counselor's matching situation.Through the research,we can understand the current situation of the matching attitude of the consultants,so that the consultants can more clearly understand the matching choices and attitudes in the consultation,so that the consultation matching can be carried out efficiently,thereby improving work efficiency and consulting effect.Now there is no scale for matching attitudes of counselors.This study want to compile a psychological counselor matching attitude scale,investigate the characteristics of domestic psychological counselors'matching attitudes,and explore relevant factors that influence psychological counseling matching attitudes.The research results are as follows:1.The psychological counselor matching attitude scale was compiled through literature review,item pool formation,expert evaluation,pre-test and formal testing.The scale has a total of 14items,four factors("demographic matching","practice background matching","consultation style matching "and" decision style matching").The Cronbach's a coefficient is 0.860.The indicators of the confirmatory factor analysis meet the requirements,and the reliability and validity of the scale are appreciative.2.83.2%of the participants thought that the interview was important.79.4%of the participants thought that "the counselor chose the right visitor" was necessary.14.7%of the participants were neutral;59.5%of the participants thought that"Psychological counselors choose the right visitors" is feasible3.There are significant differences in the matching attitudes of psychotherapists in gender,sexual orientation,academic qualifications,professional titles,places of employment,satisfaction with theoretical orientation effects,and income satisfaction.4.Consultation style,job satisfaction,match-level matching,self-efficacy and counselor matching attitude were positively correlated,and burnout was negatively correlated with the counselor's matching attitude5.Self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect on the matching degree between the person and the post and the matching attitude of the consultant,accounting for 45.02%of the total effect.This study provides a measurement tool for the psychological counselor's matching attitude,understands the current situation of the psychological counselor's matching attitude,and explores the relevant factors that affect the psychological counselor's matching attitude.
