Biological pharmacy enterprise relies on the corresponding technology obtained fast development,substantial wealth to the society,makes millions of people to an effective to solve the problems of employment,and in the past has always been the underserved situation and therefore realize the reverse,and successfully saved ten million lives.However,in recent years,a series of events triggered by biological pharmaceutical enterprise ethics anomie,such as polluted or have bad drug,vaccine into the market,dozens or even hundreds of people were casualties of the serious consequences,this needs us reflect on some biological pharmaceutical enterprises and research,to explore whether the enterprise problems too pursuit of profit,for the social ethics of responsibility is ignored,and so on.This article analyzes the peculiarities of biopharmaceutical companies,and proposes the special ethical responsibilities of biopharmaceutical companies that are different from those of general firms,from the particularities of the technologies required for the production of biological pharmacy enterprises and the specificity of the products produced.Produce the quality of medicines,protect people's lives and safety for the company's business objectives,innovation and production technology to reduce drug prices.The ethical responsibility of biological pharmacy enterprises has been studied in recent years through online survey questionnaires,field visits to biological pharmacy enterprises,interviews with relevant personnel at the basic level,as well as searching and consulting related documents on the Internet.The status of ethical responsibility that occurred in the production,transportation,sales,and recycling of biological pharmacy enterprises was out of order.Through a thorough and in-depth summary of the status quo of ethical liability in biological pharmacy enterprises,and then categorizing and summarizing the causes of the ethical liability anomie in the biological pharmacy enterprises from the three fundamental factors: the production process,the transportation sales and the recycling process.The reasons for the lack of sound regulatory mechanisms,weak supervision,and blind pursuit of economic interests by enterprises.In view of the above three reasons,some practical countermeasures have also been proposed,and it is hoped that it will help solve this problem.The author starts with relevant subjects involved in the problem of ethical responsibility of biological pharmacy enterprises,and proposes some relatively viable biopharmaceutical enterprise ethic from the microscopic to macroscopic perspectives from the three levels of corporate self-regulation,government supervision,public and media supervision.The ways to solve the problem of the responsibility for the violation of norms include strengthening the awareness of the company's ethical responsibility,strengthening the supervision system of the people and the media,and strengthening the government's law enforcement.These three aspects are relatively independent and affect each other,and can better improve the ethical anomieproblem of biological pharmacy enterprises.
