Study On Labor-capital Relations Ethics Anomie In Chinese Enterprises Based On The Ethic Of Responsibility

With At present,our country is in the period of social transition.All kinds of the contradictions have led to the social instability and the contradictory of labor-capital relationship has increasingly become intense and developed the one of the principal conflicts of the Chinese society.The study of labor-capital relationship is the one of the hot topics in the field of domestic academia.However,the existing theory related to labor-capital relationship cannot systematically answer the root of conflict and how to resolve it.Each discipline has explored labor-capital dispute and different subject pays attention to its different subsystem.Human resources management is based on the perspective of enterprise;Legal science is based on the perspective of society and the government;Marxist is based on the perspective of laborer;but they do not explain the internal mechanism of labor-capital conflict formed as a whole.Labor and capital are the main stakeholders and indivisible in the structure of labor relations.Bases on the theory of the responsibility ethics,this paper explores the causes of the formation of labor-capital conflicts from the perspective of the two parties and how to resolve the anomie problem of relation between laborer and entrepreneur combining with the findings of other subjects.This article firstly defines the moral and ethical requirements both sides of Labour and capital should comply with.Secondly,the present situation of labor-capital relation and the causes of ethics anomie in China are analyzed;Then we propose the ethical requirements of labor and capital Chinese enterprises should follow under the responsibility ethics.Finally,we put forward that the government,enterprises and employees should play different roles according to responsibility ethics.This paper provides a new perspective to study labor-capital relations and Enrich the existing literature.The conclusions have theoretical and practical significance.
