With the rapid development of big data era,according to the requirements of the development of students' core literacy and English curriculum standards in middle schools,improving the efficiency of English classroom teaching and lightening the burden of teaching has become the focus of classroom teaching reform.Because of the deep-rooted influence of exam-oriented education in basic education in our country,most teachers pursue the transition rate,attach importance to the passive acceptance of knowledge in English classroom teaching and neglect the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,which can not meet the needs of society and the development of students.In order to ensure that every student can study safely in a nice classroom environment,students can tquestion boldly,cooperate and explore actively.what's more,it can improve the students' learning efficiency and cultivate their higher thinking ability.Many scholars at home and abroad are actively promoting this "quiet revolution",turning society,school and classroom into "learning community" and guiding students to learn deeply.Therefore,based on the theory of learning community,this study analyzes the present situation of junior high school English classroom teaching by questionnaire and classroom observation,exploring the reasons,and putting forward some optimization strategies so that it can provide some theoretical and practical suggestions and references for future English classroom teaching research.This research has been divided into five parts:Firstly,the introduction,through the study of the learning community at home and abroad and classroom teaching research in China,we find the existing problems and development trends.Referring to a large number of relevant literature,combing out the learning community,classroom teaching,junior high school English classroom teaching and other core concepts,and drawing lessons from the existing research model to collate the ideas and methods of the research.In the second part,based on the theoretical basis of learning community and the characteristics of junior middle school English classroom teaching,the theoretical basis,characteristics,principles and construction forms of junior high school English classroom teaching based on learning community are explored.In the third part,based on the survey of students and teachers in three junior middle schools in X city and the observation of English classroom teaching in junior high school.It is based on the students' interest in English learning,learning environment,learning style and learning evaluation.Teachers' teaching idea,teaching goal,teaching method and teaching reflection to collected datas.Furthermore,with the help of classroom observation scale,the present situation of junior middle school English classroom teaching is observed from the aspects of teaching design,teaching process,teachers' accomplishment and students' learning.In the fourth part,according to the data analysis,we find that there are some problems in junior middle school English classroom teaching,such as the teaching environment is divorced from the real teaching situation,the students' personality difference is ignored,the teachers' professional accomplishment is poor,the students' learning efficiency is low,and so on.According to these problems,to find out some reasons from teaching environmrnt,teachers and students.In the fifth part,based on the theory of classroom learning community,the author explores the optimization strategies of junior middle school English classroom teaching from the foundation strategy of multi-dimensional preparation before class,the process strategy of concrete implementation in class,and the reflective evaluation strategy of sublimation after class.And combining with the junior middle school English teaching content to analyze some teaching cases so that it can combine theory with practice.
