In 2013,President Xi Jinping put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative to encourage Chinese enterprises to go global and build the "One Belt And One Road" economic zone,which greatly deepened China's opening-up.In order to adapt to the new era background and seize new development opportunities,many Chinese enterprises have made strategic investments along the belt and road and expanded overseas markets by operating overseas projects to enhance their competitiveness.In transnational operation,because of the history of various countries and regions,such as religion,system,culture background difference,these differences with multinational's home country culture collision,an operator in the process of enterprise multinational management created a lot of cultural conflicts,to the enterprise production and business operation and daily management caused many adverse effects,hindered the normal operation of the enterprise,bring unnecessary loss,also a serious threat to the international strategy of the enterprise.This paper selects Z company,a state-owned holding enterprise in shaanxi province,as the research object.Z company has been investing in kyrgyzstan since 2009,and three projects have been built and put into operation in kyrgyzstan.After more than a decade of development,these projects have become influential projects invested by China on One Belt And One Road.Through literature study,comparative analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,the method of combining Hofstede's six big value dimension and the research achievements of other researchers both at home and abroad,studied the Z company cultural conflict phenomenon,combined with the status quo of cross-cultural management,the company to find out the company in cross-cultural management problems,and the cause of the cultural conflict and cross-cultural management problems are analyzed and compared.Through the research,it is found that Z company entered the central Asian market early,so it has no mature cross-cultural management experience for reference.In addition,due to its own lack of understanding of cross-cultural management,many cultural conflicts have occurred in the process of foreign investment and development,which has brought a serious impact on the company's operation and management.Z company has taken some measures to temporarily alleviate the impact of cultural conflict on operation and management,but it has not formed a complete and effective cross-cultural management system.Z company in daily operation and management there are a lot of cultural conflict phenomenon,but in the process of cross-cultural management,did not produce enough attention to this problem,also did not develop and set up relevant management system and management institutions,to form effective cross-cultural management system,more not accumulate experience,and promote the formation of corporate culture.In view of the problems found,we help Z company to form a complete system of cross-cultural management by designing a cross-cultural management program and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the program,so as to solve the problems existing in its cross-cultural management and promote the formation of its integrated corporate culture.Finally achieve the goal of improving the ability of cross-cultural management.Meanwhile,it is hoped that Z company's cross-cultural management experience can provide reference for other cross-cultural enterprises.
