As one of the important contents of the overall layout of the five-in-one of the country,cultural construction is particularly important for the future development of our country.Since the 18 th National Congress,with the great attention paid by Party committees and governments at all levels,cultural institutions of various types have actively devoted themselves to cultural development,with the aim of enabling everyone to share more public cultural products and services.The Inner Mongolia State-owned Arts and Art Institute also attaches great importance to the construction of public cultural service systems and the supply of public cultural products.In recent years,a large number of outstanding stage art public cultural products have been created and produced.But it can not be denied that for a long time we have been constrained by climate,geography,culture,history and folklore.Supply quality is not high enough,supply and demand are not equal,market vitality can not be continuously released,and people's awareness and participation are still low.The problems facing Inner Mongolia in the supply of public cultural products are still outstanding and deserve further study.Public cultural products is a relatively broad concept,classified in detail and rich in connotation.Since I work for the business Department of the State-owned Arts and Art Institute and the administrative Department of the non-cultural system,the resources and conditions for conducting research are limited.Therefore,the thesis is based on a comprehensive system analysis of relevant documents studied by scholars at home and abroad.The stage art products provided by the Inner Mongolia Theatre,an important supply organization for public cultural products in Inner Mongolia,are selected as the main research objects for the supply of public cultural products provided by the state-owned literary and art institutes,and use case analysis and field research methods.This paper further studies the present situation and problems in the supply of public cultural products in the Inner Mongolia State-owned Arts and Art Institute,and then finds out the reasons for the problems.These reasons mainly include: the lack of public cultural products of the state-owned literary and art institutes,the lack of in-depth research and commentary on public cultural products,and the lack of attention to the promotion and polishing of public cultural products;Internal management is not perfect;Institutional barriers exist to varying degrees;The publicity of public cultural products is not strong enough.And try to put forward countermeasures to solve these problems: First,by strengthening the research and commentary on public cultural products,doing a good job in creative planning,creating public cultural brand products,so that the state-owned literary and art Institutes set up a quality awareness and improve the quality and connotation of public cultural products;The second is to strengthen the supply side structural adjustment of the State-owned Arts and Art Institute;Third,deepen the reform of the state-owned literary and art Institutes;Fourth,set up professional propaganda organizations and teams,make full use of various media at all levels,and increase the publicity of public cultural products.By putting forward the above countermeasures,the Inner Mongolia State-owned Arts and Art Institute can improve the production capacity and quality in accordance with its own characteristics and advantages,and better supply the public cultural products for the people to meet their spiritual and cultural needs.
