In recent years,China’s economy continued to grow steadily,but relative to the steady growth of the economy,the pace of cultural development is lagging behind.China should be in the reform and opening up the difficulties,should vigorously develop the rural public cultural undertakings,to meet the rural public cultural needs,enrich the cultural life of farmers,improve the scientific and cultural quality of farmers to build rural public cultural products supply new mechanism,innovation Supply path,improve the quality and efficiency of supply,to help them out of poverty by means of cultural poverty alleviation,so that cultural products in a comprehensive well-off society to build a new rural construction play an important role in achieving rural social relations overall health and stability.This paper takes the case study of Xunke County as an empirical study,and makes a thorough analysis on the supply of rural public cultural products in the less developed areas of Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures.The first part of this article is the theoretical basis.Firstly,the background of the topic is expounded in the first chapter,and the relevant theoretical research of rural public cultural products at home and abroad is collated and analyzed,and the research framework And points out the possible shortcomings and innovations of this paper.Secondly,in the second chapter,the basic concepts of the supply of rural public cultural products are defined,and then the necessity of realizing the effective supply of rural public cultural products is described.The second part is the main part of this article,which is the important content of the article.Firstly,the data statistics and analysis of SPSS data were used to analyze the data of rural public cultural products in the less developed areas of Heilongjiang Province.The analysis of the rural public cultural products in Xunke County was analyzed.In the same time,there are three problems such as insufficient capital investment,single supply,insufficient supply and imbalance of supply and demand structure,and then from the farmers themselves,the supply of the main body,the supply system mechanism three levels Analyzes the causes of the above problems.The third part is the focus of this paper.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the rural public cultural products in the less developed areas of Heilongjiang Province from the perspectives of constructing the diversification pattern of the supply subject,improving the supply mechanism,enriching the supply content and increasing the personnel training.Supply path selection.In addition,there are still many shortcomings in the research of this paper,which is due to the limitation of the situation of the resources and the understanding of the local culture.Whether the selected place has the universal representation of the rural areas in the less developed areas of Heilongjiang Province still needs more in-depth study.The limitations of knowledge,the supply of rural public cultural products only a brief discussion,and the feasibility of the choice of the path to be provided in the future study and work to do further exploration.
