Research On The Status And Expectation Of The Public Cultural Industry In Hubei Province

The development strategy of Hubei digital publishing industry is based on the digital publishing as the core,making the industrial cluster by making the industrial cluster of the cultural resources,promoting the integration of the information service industry of the three networks and constructing the modern cultural industry chain.According to this strategy,cultural resources become the key elements of digital publishing.At present,there are a large number of cultural industry entities in China,but the cultural resources are showing a state of separation and decentralization.At the same time,the performance of the digital platform is varied and uneven.In order to support the construction and development of the digital publishing industry,it is not only necessary to find out the performance of the existing digital cultural industry,but also to discuss the development and expectation of the digital culture industry.Through the retrieval of the cultural industry and the digital Chinese and English academic documents,the existing digital research results of the domestic and foreign cultural industries are obtained as reference.At the same time,the performance of the domestic and foreign mature digital publishing project platform represented by the library,the museum and the cultural heritage and other cultural entities is discussed.This paper analyzes the social,economic and technological development of the industrial and digital publishing industry,and probes into the feasibility and problems of the establishment of the digital cultural cluster in Hubei Province.It puts forward the hypothesis that the digital construction of the public cultural resources in Hubei can be quantified,and its quantitative index can reflect the expectation of the digitalization of the public cultural industry in Hubei province and to guide the development of the digital construction in the future.Taking Hubei province and 12 cities as cultural inspection units,taking Hubei province's public cultural industry books reading cultural projects,historical cultural projects and intangible cultural heritage cultural projects as the object,the local public cultural resources and network construction factors are obtained through field investigation and interview,which are built for the construction of the two parties.A simplified data model is set up to use this data as the construction factor of Hubei's digital cultural industry.The digital reference standard of Hubei's public cultural industry is put forward.Through the use of SPSS software in the public cultural network construction and reference datum of various regions of Hubei Province,the statistical factors are combined with the economic and population data of various regions of Hubei Province,and the quantitative analysis of cluster analysis,correlation analysis and linear comparison is used to quantify the development conditions of the main areas in Hubei province.On this basis,the core work of the digital publishing development strategy for different cultural industries in various regions is put forward,and the development conditions and performance of the existing regional digital culture industry are clearly analyzed,and the route and suggestions for the future digital development are put forward.It is of great significance to the development of digital publishing industry and the digital culture of the integration of information services industry in the digital culture industry.It also has a great significance for the construction of digital culture service and the construction of the digital cultural industry resource system and the creation of the new development path of the digital culture in Hubei Province.
