An Ethnological Study On The Exchange Of Gifts For Mongolian Farmers During The Spring Festival

Ethnological anthropology focuses on cultural specificity and cultural diversity,and the Mongolian farmers Spring Festival gift exchange as one of the manifestations of spiritual cultural diversity is the subject of this paper.The exchange of Chinese New Year gifts for Mongolian farmers is the spiritual wealth created,accumulated and developed by Mongolian farmers in the long historical process.It is a true portrayal of the inner world of the Mongolian people and a comprehensive reflection of the traditional culture of Mongolian farmers.However,with the transformation of the social political and economic system,On the one hand,the traditional Mongolian farmers custom of exchange of gifts for the Spring Festival has gradually faded;On the other hand,it does not fully adapt to the Han Chinese New Year gift exchange customs,which is reflected in the marginal role between the Mongolian and Chinese New Year gift exchange customs.As a result,a combination of farming and animal husbandry culture and a unique geographical feature of the Spring Festival gift exchange customs have been formed.The topic of this paper is based on the unique exchange characteristics of the Mongolian farmer’s Spring Festival gift exchanges.From the perspective of ethnology,this paper systematically studies the exchange of gifts between the peasants and the priests.This article uses DoLu?an üker Village as the field point,Taking the Mongolian farmers Spring Festival gift exchange as the research object,Using a combination of literature research and field research,Systematic interpretation and analysis of the Spring Festival gift exchanges of the farmers of DoLu?an üker Village.The main content of this paper consists of the introduction,the main body of the three chapters and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the research summary at home and abroad and the reasons,research significance,research methods andinnovation points of this paper.The first chapter introduces the geographical investigation,the geographical environment,the nation and the population of DoLu?an üker Village.On this basis,the author describes and analyzes the economic life,social relations and customs of the farmers in DoLu?an üker Village.The second chapter mainly introduces the changes,reasons and changes of the gift exchange of the farmers in the Spring Festival.The third chapter begins with the deep excavation and interpretation of the types of farmers Spring Festival gift exchange and their social functions.Secondly,it analyzes the shortcomings in the exchange of gifts between the peasants and the priests in the Spring Festival,including the making of corruption,the increase of economic burden,the lack of trust mechanism and the“variation” of customs.The main research conclusions of the author are:First,the exchange of gifts for the Spring Festival,as an important part of the custom of farmers’ life,was endowed by the DoLu?an üker Village farmers with rich cultural connotations,reflecting the local people’s social outlook,outlook on life and values.However,due to changes in the external environment and internal factors,the exchange of gifts in the Spring Festival has changed,thus forming a folk culture with unique regional characteristics.Secondly,the ancient folk culture of DoLu?an üker Village farmers Spring Festival gifts exchange has undergone changes,development,inheritance and evolution in social life.This process proves that it has the essence and social function suitable for social life.However,in the context of modernization,with the development of social economy,changes in livelihood methods,changes in ideas and concepts,and exchange forms,there have been some shortcomings in the exchange of gifts during the Spring Festival.Third,the study of the exchange of gifts for the Spring Festival of the farmers in DoLu?an üker Village,Not only can we understand the changes,changes and changes of the Mongolian farmers’ gift exchange during the Spring Festival,but also deepen people’s understanding of the changes in the social life of Mongolian farmers,the meaning of the Spring Festival gift exchange andthe shortcomings in the modern gift exchange.Thus,it can arouse people’s awareness of the protection,inheritance and development of their traditional culture.
