An Analysis Of The Cold And Warm Art World From Wang Luyan's Novel Theory

As one of the representative writers of vernacular novels in the history of modern Chinese literature,Wang Luyan left a precious literary wealth of more than one million words to the world in his short life of forty-four years.For the study of Wang Luyan and his works,scholars mostly interpret and analyze his novels in the context of local literature,while the related research on the artistic style of Wang Luyan's novels is somewhat insufficient.On the basis of detailed reading of Wang Luyan's works,this paper discusses the concrete artistic expression and the artistic effect of the combination of coldness and warmth in Wang Luyan's novels.This thesis was divided into the following three aspects.The first part mainly discusses the two causes of coolness and warmth in Wang Luyan's novels.One reason is that Wang Luyan's works are nourished by Lu Xun's works.Wang Luyan's road to literature was closely connected with Lu Xun's guidance,and the artistic style of Lu Xun's works also influenced Wang Luyan's creation.The second reason is that Wang Luyan has a warm and cold background of life.Wang Luyan grew up in a sweet family.His childhood was free and happy.And he was supported by many teachers and friends during his growth.These warm life experiences gave Wang Luyan a bright color in his life.But the poverty of life,the cruelty of war,and the trouble of disease make his life worse.Under the influence of these two reasons,Wang Luyan's novel is composed of coolness and warmth.The second part,based on the close reading of the text,discusses the concrete artistic expression of Wang Luyan's novel creation.In Wang Luyan's description,coolness and warmth description are often inseparable and mutually complementary.There are several specific manifestations as follows:Wang Luyan often reveals the heat flow of emotion while displaying the cold world,criticizes the warmth while presenting the cold irony,and while describing the cold environment,he also shows the beauty of human nature.Whether it is the exhibition of the cold world or the cold ironic expression,or the description of the cold environment,to a certain extent,these can be regarded as a reflection of the dark reality.At the same time,the heat flow of emotion,the warmth of criticism and the beauty of human nature are mixed in those grim description,showing the warm face of Wang Luyan.The third part discusses the three artistic effects presented by Wang Luyan's novel.First of all,Wang Luyan's novels often emits a sense of coolness and warmth,which together willproduce tidal emotional tension.Secondly,as a writer of literature research institute,Wang Luyan has always been adhering to the attitude of "Forl Life",and under the grim description,he often shows the light of humanitarian compassion.Finally,Wang Luyan's novels tend to be more sympathetic than critical.In Wang Luyan's novels,due to the influence of humanitarian attitudes,warm sympathy can be seen everywhere.At the same time,the tendency of severe criticism in the text is also weakened.To some extent,this tendency weakens the critical intensity of the novel and also becomes a defect in Wang Luyan's creation.
