Research On Urban Culture Governance In Erdos City

Culture represents the soft power of a city and is the soul of a city.The competition between domestic cities needs the soft power of culture as a support.Culture is also an important manifestation of a city's comprehensive competitiveness,which is conducive to the all-round development and progress of the city.With the accelerated process of urbanization,many cities in China are developing rapidly,but cities with local characteristics are gradually disappearing,the appearance of cities is becoming the same,and the spirit of cities is also developing in the direction of utilitarianism.How to improve the cultural governance level of domestic cities so as to promote the development of the whole city has become an important part of the current urban governance work.Erdos city is a famous historical and cultural city,with numerous cultural relics and historical sites and profound urban cultural details.National culture,red culture and educated youth culture are typical local cultures.In recent years,in order to promote the construction of urban cultural system,Erdos city has promulgated and implemented a series of policy document,built a cultural network system covering both urban and rural areas,and set up special funds for the development of cultural industries.In this process,the city's cultural governance has been significantly improved,the cultural landscape has become increasingly rich,the cultural services have become increasingly in-depth and the cultural connotation has become increasingly profound.However,through investigation,it is found that there are still some defects and deficiencies in the urban cultural governance of Erdos City,such as the lack of overall development planning for the urban cultural governance,the relatively weak capacity of the governance subject,the immature basic conditions for the urban cultural governance,and the need to improve the efficiency of the urban cultural governance.These problems have become important obstacles to the development of the urban cultural governance.The reason for the above problems lies in the unclear responsibilities of the main body of urban cultural governance,the lack of government service awareness and systematic planning,the lack of policy support for urban cultural governance,and the unsound guarantee mechanism for urban cultural governance.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of the basic idea,main body construction,practical path and guarantee mechanism of urban cultural governance,in order to construct a unique urban cultural governance system with Erdos characteristics.One is to clarify the basic ideas of Erdos city cultural governance,to clarify the overall planning of city cultural development,and to strengthen the publicity of city culture;The second is to enhance the main capacity of Erdos city's cultural governance,accurately define government functions,cultivate diversified cultural governance subjects,and actively guide social forces to participate in cultural governance;The third is to explore the basic ways of urban cultural governance in Erdos,integrate urban cultural resources,cultivate the core competitiveness of urban culture,and hold large-scale publicity activities.The fourth is to improve the guarantee measures of cultural governance in Erdos city,perfect the supervision mechanism of cultural governance,and establish the evaluation mechanism of urban cultural governance.
