Research On The Dilemma And Breakthrough Path Of Urban And Rural Cultural Integration From The Perspective Of County Governance

The roots of China are in the countryside,and the roots of traditional Chinese culture are also in the countryside.Although the focus of my country’s development has shifted from the countryside to the city,in the context of the new era,urban and rural development is no longer the "catch-up" model during the Great Leap Forward,nor is it a "one-size-fits-all" model to fully develop industry while ignoring agricultural production.It is impossible to sacrifice the countryside for urban development.With the overall victory in poverty alleviation and the gradual implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the integration of urban and rural cultures cannot be delayed.Xi Jinping said: "To do a good job in the big article of the rural revitalization strategy,we must take the road of urban-rural integrated development." When the main contradiction in our society changes,the integration of urban and rural culture has become an important way to solve the problems of unbalanced urban and rural development and insufficient rural development.On the one hand,culture has the role of lubricant and adhesive,and the integration of urban and rural culture can help the integration of urban and rural areas in all aspects;on the other hand,in the relationship between urban and rural areas,the development of rural areas should not only emphasize its own endogenous development potential,but also need external sources.Intervention of sexual power.Since the spillover effect of public goods and services will be attenuated with the increase of spatial distance,rural areas will benefit more from the spatial proximity to county towns.Therefore,the development of the county seat has a huge impact on the integration of urban and rural cultures within the county.Therefore,on the basis of existing research and combined with actual cases,this paper explores a feasible urban-rural cultural integration path from the perspective of the county.This paper uses the Cite Space application software to process the basic content of the existing literature,such as research priorities,question proposals,keywords,etc.,through cluster analysis to understand the frontier issues of urban-rural integration development in recent years.At the same time,on the basis of relevant theories,the historical value and contemporary significance of Marx’s theory of urban-rural integration and cultural identity theory are summarized,and a development model of urban-rural cultural integration is constructed.Furthermore,combined with the prominent characteristics of my country’s urban and rural cultural development,the method of case analysis is used to explore the urban and rural cultural integration path in the new era.Through the research,this paper believes that: from the overall point of view,the development of urban and rural culture in my country has made significant progress,but there are still many problems and crises;from the perspective of the process,the problems in the development of urban and rural culture are mainly the "dual" structure of urban and rural separation From the perspective of development trend,urban-rural cultural integration is an inevitable choice and a practical need for urban-rural cultural development;in terms of methods,giving full play to the unique advantages of county governance and striving to promote urban-rural cultural integration can not only improve the long-standing disadvantaged position of rural areas,to promote rural revitalization,but also to accelerate the pace of my country’s urbanization.Therefore,based on the actual development situation of Jianghua Yao Autonomous County,this paper attempts to summarize a path of urban and rural cultural integration from the perspective of county governance: centering on urban and rural cultural integration,realize the rational allocation of resources and rights and responsibilities among multiple subjects,and finally form an interactive Network-based multi-center pattern,and through the process of county towns radiating villages,rural endogenous development and multi-dimensional co-construction,from four dimensions: mining rural cultural connotations,focusing on cultural industry development,improving public cultural services,and paying attention to farmers’ groups,and finally Realize a community with a shared future for urban and rural areas.
