During the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty,the frequent livestock theft cases in Alashan Mongolia area were important subjects which needed to be systematically studied.Therefore.it has academic value to the study of Chinese history and northwest nationality history.This paper makes a systematic and special study on the livestock larceny of Alasha-Khoshut banner for the first time in the reign of emperor qianlong by using the Mongolian archives and relevant historical records.The full text explains the value of the study,the related achievements of predecessors and the innovative points of this paper.The first chapter summarizes the administrative changes and legal system of Alasha-Khoshut banner.The second chapter classifies Alasha-Khoshut banner livestock larceny cases in qianlong period and discusses and analyzes it.The third chapter talks about the livestock theft in Alasha-Khoshut Banners and its impact on the society at that time.The last part is the conclusion of this article.References and copies of the archives are attached to the final section.
