Land And Housing Rental About Tümend Banners Of Guihua Cheng In Qing Dynasty

Rental is the most important form of real estate transactions,such as land,housing and so on,among which permanent rent is most common,it is inseparable from the policy system,economic development and social changes in the Tümed Banners of GuiHua Cheng.The rental transaction of land and housing is a significant part of the study for economic history in Tümed Banners of GuiHua Cheng,and it has important theoretical and practical significance for the research of the basic causes of social transition and the blending of Mongolian and Chinese national cultures.Based on land deed documents and previous research results,this paper attempts to recover the basic outline of land and housing transactions for Tümed Banners of GuiHua Cheng in Qing Dynasty,in order to reflect the changing trend of rental transactions and the transfer of land rights.This paper is mainly composed of the preface,text,conclusion,reference and appendix,and the preface consists of the significance of the topic,the current research situation,the writing innovation and research methods.The main part is divided into three chapters: the first chapter explains the land policy of the Qing Dynasty towards Mongolia,flowing the exposition of the land ownership and land relationship in Tümed Banners of GuiHua Cheng;the second chapter examines the policy,registration system and management institutions for the transaction of land and housing,especially discusses the forms of the transaction in detail;the third chapter focuses on the problems of rental transaction,and analyses the reasons,price changes and influencing factors of the transaction in detail,among which emphasizes the phenomenon of the permanent rental in Tümed Banners of GuiHua Cheng.
