| The theoretical purport of Marx’s philosophy is to realize the liberation of human beings.Under the background of the special times in the the 1840 s,Marx thought about the realistic situation presented at that time and its theoretical problems,and made a deep study and criticism of the philosophy theory of Hegel’s Law,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for understanding and explaining the essence of human beings and the liberation of mankind.From December 1843 to January 1844,Marx completed the introduction in Paris and 《Introduction to the Criticism of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law》published it in the German and French Yearbook,and the literature begins with the loud that "in the case of Germany,criticism of religion is largely over;and criticism of religion is a prerequisite for all other criticisms",This shows that Marx has shifted the perspective from religious liberation to political liberation until the liberation of man.The core problem discussed in this paper is the possibility of "human liberation",on the basis of explaining the double digestion and double restitution of "the other side of the world" and "This Shore world",this paper probes into the realistic path of "This shore world" and the liberation of mankind,and on this basis,probes into the philosophy of how human liberation is to change the world.Through the 《Introduction to the Criticism of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law》understanding of "critical weapon" and "Critique of Weapon" in the introduction,as well as the segregation of "man’s fundamental is man himself" and "man is the highest essence of human being",this paper demonstrates how philosophy is cut into reality and the internal theoretical relationship between the spirit of the Times and philosophy.Marxist philosophy,with human liberation as the theoretical purport,is of great theoretical significance and practical value for us to think about the problems of the Times and explore the road of socialist development with Chinese characteristics. |
