The teaching of Mandarin for preschool education major is not only to help students obtain professional qualification certification,Mandarin qualification certification of Level II or above and preschool teacher qualification certification,but also to help them “know what they are,know why they are”,understand the education theory and principle,use them in practice,and engage in preschool teaching in the field of language teaching and language research.Therefore,it is a very valuable subject to explore and study the theory and practice of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major.The main body of the thesis contains the following parts:The introduction,which mainly introduces research content,research significance,research methods and research tools and the study situation in this field.Part one is the significance of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major.As far as Mandarin teaching is concerned,the significance of Mandarin teaching is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: implementing the requirement of national general language promotion and training qualified“prospective” teachers.Implementing the principles and policies of education and comprehensively improving linguistic competence and literacy of kindergarten teachers.Helping students improve language appearance by Mandarin level test.Part Two is a survey of the current situation of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major.Take the preschool education major in Datong Kindergarten and Normal College as the sample.The thesis combs and counts the teaching situation of teachers from pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and after-class counseling,the students' learning status from the aspects of learning objectives,learning strategies,learning methods andlearning psychology,and the types of phonetic errors of students from the aspects of initials,vowels and tones.Part Three is about the main problems and reasons of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major.Through the summary of survey results,there are some problems in Mandarin teaching of teachers,such as inadequate preparation before class,inadequate classroom teaching and inadequate after-class counseling.There are deviations between the students' short-term and long-term goals in Mandarin learning.Some students still have dialect pronunciation variation,which does not fully meet the standard of Mandarin pronunciation,and the phonetic errors are obvious.Teachers can correct students' specific phonetic errors in order to achieve twice the result with half the effort.Part four is suggestion and countermeasure of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major.It is put forward from determining scientific teaching objectives,following effective teaching principles,formulating rigorous curricula and choosing reasonable teaching methods.The teaching objectives are formulated based on the characteristics of preschool education major and the needs of students' language development,which is elaborated from long-term objectives and phased objectives.The teaching principle,in view of the special requirements of Mandarin teaching in preschool education major,which are tailored to local conditions and targeted,overall planning and optimization of structure,combination of lectures and exercises,scientific training and order guidance.Curriculum scheme is set up on the basis of training objectives,curriculum system and the level of student.It includes learning value,consonant comparison and teaching,vowel comparison and teaching,tone comparison and teaching and special guidance of Mandarin examination.Meanwhile,it also gives a detailed introduction to various teaching topics,teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods.The strategies and methods of classroom teaching include layered teaching cooperative learning,phonetic illustration,posterior citation and demonstration,targeted training and intensive training according to thecharacteristics of majors.Part five is case design of nasal vowels “en” and “eng”,“in” and “ing”.According to the characteristics of preschool education major,based on the teaching strategies and methods listed above,the author designs and displays the pronunciation and training teaching of nasal vowels “en” and “eng”,“in”and “ing” in order to verify the scientific nature and reliability of teaching methods.
