A Study On The Present Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Dance Teaching In Preschool Education Major

Preschool education period is the beginning stage of basic education in China,which can improve the teaching quality of compulsory education in China,and it is of great significance for improving the quality of the people.The premise of preschool education development is that there are a group of excellentKindergarten teacher,However,Kindergarten teacher is trained by preschool teachers in various normal schools,Dancing is a required course.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of society,preschool education in secondary vocational education has been expanding,The invisible brings a lot of pressure and problems to dance teaching.In order to deliver excellent teachers to the development of preschool education,it is necessary for us to trace the source,find out the problems,come up with solutions and improve the quality of teaching.After studying the relevant theories of knowledge,The author carried out a survey of preschool education dance teaching in Xiang Nan Kindergarten Teachers College.The author use of literature,questionnaires,interviews,empirical methods and mathematical statistics,Investigated the current situation of dance teaching,mainly inspects the dance teacher in the process of teaching problems.The research shows that there are many problems in the dance teaching process of preschool education specialty in Xiang Nan Kindergarten Teachers College,for example,the goal formulation is simple,the teaching content is single,and the evaluation is unscientific etc.The author carefully analyzes the reasons behind the problem,From the macro and micro level,the author tries to think about the countermeasures to set up the teaching target,enrich the content and mode of the teaching,perfect the evaluation mechanism and optimize the teaching environment.
