Research On Semantic Generalization Of Economical Terms In Modern Chinese Dictionary (7^th Edition)

Semantic generalization is a common phenomenon in evolution of vocabulary.This paper selects 1097 economical terms from Modern Chinese Dictionary.Identified 171 generalized economical terms combined BCC Chinese Corpus with Beijing Language and Culture University and People's Daily Corpus(after 2000),combing and analyzing from the aspects of generalization,linguistic features,sememe analysis and disambiguation rules through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The first part is introduction.It mainly introduces the research object,research status,research significance and research methods of this topic.The second part: Introduced the overall overview of generalized economical terms.According to the semantic features,the generalized economic words are classified,and the accounting words are the most generalized,followed by commercial words and securities and futures.The generalized economic words are mainly syllables in syllables,which conforms to modern Chinese vocabulary.the part of speech is mostly verbs and nouns,and the structure type is mainly narration structure and partial structure.The third part analyzes the generalization degree of economic words,which is divided into four types of discussion(low,general,a little high,high),summarizes the characteristics of generalized economical words of imbalance,gradual change and most are distributed at both ends.On this basis,suggestions were made for the interpretation of some words in Modern Chinese Dictionary.The fourth part described the generalization field,generalization mode and generalization motivation of generalized economical terms.From the perspective of the source domain and the target domain,it is found that the generalization field presents the characteristics of one-to-one and one-to-many domain,and the number of words generalized into the daily life field and the political field is the largest.According to thechanges of central semantics and limit definition factors,the generalization of economical terms is classified and discussed.Finally,the three reasons for the generalization of economical terms are analyzed.The fifth part explored the semantic disambiguation method of generalized economical terms.Taked the economical terms "package" and "discount" as examples,we summarized the disambiguation expressions of the original meaning and generalization of "package" and "discount" based on context.The sixth part is the conclution.Summarized the full text work and put forward the prospects for the next research.In this paper,171 economical words are exhaustively tested and corpus verified,analyzed and discussed from the perspectives of language and society.The research results can help dictionary compilation,language teaching research,natural language processing research.
