Study On The Change Of Marriage Ceremony In Longdong Area

It is self-evident that marriage is of great importance to individuals and even to society.Marriage and marriage are defined as "life-long events" in ancient Chinese,which is the initial step in the process of constructing the network of the relationship between two families or even the communities they represent.Therefore,marriage ceremony has become a key factor in shaping the structure of social relations.The marriage ceremony in Shanhe Town,Zhengning County,Longdong Region,inherits the traditional Chinese marriage custom "Six Rites" on the basis of its local customs.The vicissitudes of the marriage ceremony in the past 30 years not only confirm the economic,social and cultural system under the reform of China's system in the transitional period,but also show the interpersonal communication,mass communication and media in the development of media technology.Communication penetrates in different degrees in the local society.This paper is based on the intergenerational relationship interview samples,taking ethnography,in-depth interviews and comparative research as the main research methods,to discuss the Han folk marriage customs in Shanhe Town in the past 30 years,and to examine and reflect on the changes of marriage rituals between parents and their offspring.Research conclusions: In Shanhe Town of Zhengning County,the process of marriage ceremony change is reduced;the traditional rites and customs are reduced;the categories of lottery gifts are reduced and the amount is increased;the dresses are simplified and luxurious;the tools are difficult to easy;and the polarized development of cave games are all the manifestations of the local marriage ceremony change.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the natural space and economic and social conditions of Zhengning County,and makes a general analysis from the aspects of geography,economy,population and nationality.The second chapter starts with the three stages of marriage procedure,and analyses the process of traditional marriage ceremony of Shanhe Town's parents in the context of interpersonal communication.The third section specifically analyses the inheritance of intergenerational marriage ceremony in the context of mass communication and new media.Chapter IV discusses the reconstruction of the wedding ceremony in Shanhe Town by media communication,and analyses the key points of the practical performance of the intergenerational marriage ceremony in Shanhe Town.Chapter V deeply explores the three nodes of the wedding ceremony: media,media space and social relations.The concluding part briefly summarizes the revelation and reflection of the wedding ceremony change in Longdong area.
