Based on the linguistics corpus,we make a systematic study about the general verb “Gao” from three aspects,semantics,syntax and effect of expression.Besides,we have also collected some materials about the bias errors of learning “Gao” during the period of learning Chinese as a second language,then analyzed the causes behind.What's more,we try to offer some teaching strategies.First comes with the introduction,which introduces the research significance,the research status,the research methods the material sources.The first chapter briefly talks about semantic component of the verb “Gao”.We consulted some dictionaries and recordings for its original meanings.Considering about the abundant semantic forms from the modern use,we have made a classification about the scope of its meaning.The paper has also made an analysis about the semantic features of “Gao”.The second chapter briefly introduces about sentence structure.The common combination forms consists of “Gao”+ object and “Gao”+ complement,plus some other forms like the overlap and the common fixed expressions.The third part,it's about its effect of expression.The verb “Gao” gets some values,such as alternative value and slur value;about the rhetorical effect,it can offer another kinds of pattern of manifestation,mark or change the point,avoid the repetition and singleness,summarize a set of actions and so on;Besides,when comes with the color meaning,the verb “Gao” gets the emotional,regional and oral senses.The forth chapter is based on the two linguistics corpus.We study about the conditions of learning and obtaining the verb “Gao” during the period of learning Chinese as a second language.First of all,we collect and analyze the materials.And we find that the types of the bias errors can be summarized as the semantic errors,the collocation errors,the ordering error and so on.Finally analyzed the causes behind and offer some strategies from the point of teaching.The final part is the conclusion.And summarize the main points of the paper.
