The Study On The Relationship Among Gender Role Types,Self-Acceptance And Interpersonal Relationship

By the influence of cultural diversity and the network,the personality traits,social responsibility and even the appearance characteristics is going to be similar and overlapping,adamancy,boldness is no longer the label of the male,and blandness,thoughtfulness is not the female's.People of the new age are both decisive and delicate,both generous and gentle,both strong and brave,both independent and considerate,showing a bisexual trend.This paper selected college students as the research object,studied the types of students' gender roles,self-acceptance and interpersonal relationship by using the literature review and the questionnaire survey method.The statistical analysis method was used to analyze the differences in demographic variables and the relationship between the three variables and the regression relationship were studied.The conclusions are as follows:(1)gender role types are divided into four kinds,the proportion of the study in turn arranged as follows:bisexual,undifferentiated,masculine and feminine.Masculine,feminine is two different dimensions,individual in two dimensions of the score does not affect each other.Higher than the average score was bisexual,lower than the average score was undifferentiated.(2)There are significant differences in the distribution of gender roles between college students,self-acceptance level and interpersonal relationship in different gender,age,grade,educational background,specialized subject,whether only child or not.(3)The self-acceptance and interpersonal harmony degree of the bisexual gender role type of college students,is significantly higher than the other three types of gender roles.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between masculinity,feminization and self-acceptance level.There was a significant negative correlation between masculine,feminization,self-acceptance and interpersonal distress.The higher the degree of masculine and feminization,the higher the level of self-acceptance,the lower the degree of interpersonal distress.(5)The degree of the self-acceptance plays an intermediary role between the masculinity,feminization and interpersonal relationship.
