As an important part of the film and television drama market in the 1990 s in China,the urban film and television series focus on the struggle experience,emotional life and family ethics of modern urban people.The presentation of female has been greatly changed both in film and tv series.It is a reflection of progress of civilization in the real society and has a subtle influence on the perception of audience of gender roles.College students will enter all walks of life after graduation and become the backbone of national construction and social development.Their cognition of gender roles will become the cornerstone of individual psychological and behavioral models,affecting their career development and life planning.As important audiences,it is impossible for college students to avoid being affected by the content of movies and TV dramas.Based on in-depth interviews,questionnaires and experimental research,this paper studies the evaluation of female roles of different gender roles in urban movie and TV dramas,and examines the influence of urban movie and TV plays on female college students.The research results show that female college students mainly use negotiation decode stance to interpret film and TV dramas,and the feminine roles of bisexual type in film and TV play are generally highly evaluated.In addition,female and bisexual female college students tend to be more inclined to give higher evaluation to the female roles that are in line with their gender roles.The study also found that if the evaluation of non-self-type roles is high,female students tend to use it as their ideal gender role.
