The youth is the future of the nation and country.For high school students,they are in the early youth,which is also the transition period and critical period in the formation of personality perfection and personality maturity.Moreover,their plasticities are strong.The harmonious development of body and mind as well as the improvement of personality are of great importance and profound influence on social labor,study and life in the future.Positive empathy and prosocial behavior play an extremely important role in it.Positive empathy is a new research field,this paper focuses on the internal logic of self construction,positive empathy and prosocial behavior to find the relationship between these three.Mindfulness meditation originates from the East and rises in the U.S.At present,the domestic research on mindfulness intervention is just unfolding like attention,perception,attention and attitude change,from which the positive empathy is inseparable.In this paper,mindfulness is used as a means of intervention to promote the level of positive empathy and prosocial behavior.On one hand,it provides new ideas and methods for the mental health education as well as ideological and political education in high school;on the other hand,it can develop the localization research of empathy and mindfulness.Then this paper compares the difference between different intervention programs,explores interventions that are more suitable for high school and compare the different effects of mindfulness,empathy and comprehensive intervention.Finally,case study and education guidance practice are conducted specificly,through which the effectiveness and possibility of mindfulness intervention are testified.This study is based on large sample data,and then the experimental group and control group pre-tested and post-tested,in which the high school students in PingXiang are taken as research subjects.Experiment,questionnaire,literature search,investigation,case study are mainly adopted as the research methods,afterwards the correlation,regression analysis,mediating effect test,independent sample T test,paired sample T test and general linear model analysis are used to make data analysis.Following conclusions are obtained:(1)For self construction,positive empathy and prosocial behavior,there is no significant difference in the demographic variables such as grade,sex,residence,and single life.(2)Self construction can significantly predict positive empathy;equally,positive empathy can significantly predict prosocial behavior.(3)The mediating effect of positive empathy between self construction and prosocial behavior is significant.(4)Mindfulness intervention can significantly improve high school students' prosocial behavior level and enhance their positive empathy,but there is no significant difference between it and empathy intervention.(5)Through the case study,it finds that it is effective in improving positive empathy,interpersonal conflict and non-cooperative behavior problems for counseling with mindfulness intervention.
