Practice is the main component of the teaching materials.Through practice,students can translate Chinese language and language rules into Chinese expression skills.As a kind of special purpose Chinese,Travel Chinese is mainly aimed at improving students' speech skills.As it also involves a large amount of Chinese culture and cross-cultural communication,the arrangement and practice of such teaching materials should also have their own characteristics.This article selects the exercises in the two textbooks,Chinese Crash Course and Tourism Chinese,to study the laws,characteristics,and problems of the post-lesson exercise set-up.The suggestions for improvement will hopefully provide a reference for the preparation of more exercises for future Chinese textbooks for tourism.There are five chapters in the dissertation.Through comprehensive statistics and detailed descriptions,specific examinations have been made on the amount of questions,types of questions,content,structure settings,and effectiveness of the exercises,and corresponding suggestions for improvement have been proposedThe first chapter is the introduction part,first briefly summarizes the reasons for choosing the topic and the significance of the topic,and analyzes.the characteristics of the tourism Chinese.Then it gives a general introduction to the general situation of research on Chinese textbooks for tourism and Chinese textbooks for tourism and the general situation of research on teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and clarifies the research objects,research ideas and research methods of this article.The second chapter counts and analyzes the types and quantities of exercises The amount of practice questions mainly examines the total number of questions,the distribution of questions,and the proportion of exercises.The types of questions to be practiced are mainly examined in terms of topical and sub-questioned questions,and the arrangement of questions.Through examining the setting of different types of teaching materials and types of questions,and analyzing the characteristics and deficiencies thereof,the corresponding suggestions for improvement are proposed.The third chapter analyzes the contents of the exercises,starting from the three elements of language:speech,vocabulary,and grammar.Then according to the characteristics of tourism Chinese itself,the communicative practice and the practice involving cultural factors are analyzed.Through the analysis of specific statistics and phenomena,explore the setting and arrangement of practice content Finally,according to the characteristics of tourism Chinese,it analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and proposes suggestions for improvement.The fourth chapter analyzes the structure of the exercise set,the main study is the exercise in the overall structure of the teaching material and practice the internal combination of settings.The internal combination of exercises can be set up from three aspects:the relationship between practice and text,the relevance of exercises and exercises in content,and the diversity of learners' participation in practice.From the perspective of different investigations,we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the post-lesson exercise configuration of the two textbooks,and explored how to structure the post-lesson exercises of the Chinese textbooks for tourismThe fifth chapter studies the effectiveness of the exercises.This part of the paper mainly analyzes the effectiveness of the exercises after the two textbooks,and examines the effectiveness of the exercises in terms of the purpose of the exercises and the content of the exercisesFrom the second chapter to the fifth chapter,at the end of each chapter,based on the previous specific analysis and research,some suggestions for improvement are proposed.From different perspectives,we suggest how to set up after-school exercises for teaching Chinese textbooks in tourism.Finally,for the conclusion part,on the basis of summing up the full text,we put forward suggestions for the overall design of the after-school exercises for the tourism Chinese,and put forward suggestions for personal improvement.
