The formation and development of industry is based on the integration and configuration of production factors.As a special kind of industry,cultural industry is more diversified and complex than agriculture,industry and traditional commerce.In addition to the capital,market and other industries the development of relevant industries,knowledge,technology,science and technology,especially with local and national characteristics of culture resources,influence the path and the feature of local cultural industry development.Different cultural resources determine the format,space,and path for the development of a regional or urban cultural industry,and are also the cornerstones for the differentiation and diversification of cultural industries.Qufu City in Shandong Province and Lijiang City in Yunnan Province are two representative cities with rich cultural resources in medium and small cities in China.As the birthplace of Confucian culture,Qufu City,Shandong Province has rich historical and cultural resources.Broad,heavy,systematic,and informative are characteristics of its cultural resources.Located in the northwestern region of Yunnan Province,China,Lijiang City is an important channel for ethnic migration.Multicultural and ethnic cultures are integrated with natural landscapes.Lijiang culture is the most prominent feature of its livelihood,nationality,and richness.Under market promotion and government guidance,the two cities rely on their respective cultural resources to form different product and service forms,development paths,and business operation models in the development process.Qufu City's cultural products and cultural services are based on the intuitive experience of the cult style,and are mainly based on historical and cultural education,book publishing,traditional text and ink crafts,and ceremonial cultural and creative activities.Lijiang City faces the local,national and international cultural tourism markets.Its cultural tourism products and services are more reflected in the popular culture experience,forming a product featuring ethnic performing arts,folk cultural experience,modern creativity,leisure and entertainment,and ethnic handicrafts.Production and service system.The cultural resources that are rooted in natural landscapes and people's production and life,and their cultural resources endow with the appeal of the mass culture consumption and experience economy.With the market as the main body,their cultural tourism products are relatively abundant,their business methods are diverse,and their cultural tourism industries are linked.The effect is obvious.Today,the decentralized market has become more visible,capital has entered large-scale cultural tourism,and modern technology and Internet technologies have become more mature.The heavy historical culture and lively national culture are important resources for the development of China's current medium and small cities and local cultural tourism industry.For regions with rich historical and cultural resources,following the rules of the development of the market and cultural industries,activating the heavy historical and cultural resources is the driving force for the development of local modern service industries.In this process,it is necessary to combine the inheritance,dissemination and experience of modern information technology,traditional culture revival,historical and cultural knowledge,strengthen its experience,study tours,academic services,and construct a modern service system that inherits and spreads historical culture.For areas where ethnic cultural resources are rich,in the process of strengthening ethnic cultural experience and innovating ethnic cultural tourism products and services,it is urgent to face up to the lack of protection concepts in the development of ethnic cultural resources,lack of innovation in products and services,and culture.The issue of fragile ecosystems reinforces the knowledge,system,and local features of ethnic cultures,and innovates the production of cultural products and services in ethnic cultural tourism.
