The engender of school-based curriculum, is fully embody of the modernization of education,scientific and systematic,integrate local excellent education resources,at present develop the school-based curriculum, improve the characteristics of a school,become the important development way in school education, this paper is to explore the Shandong folk song resources as the basis, the development of school education in music school-based curriculum as the main line, from the " necessity of the school based curriculum development ", "Shandong folk songs status and inheritance", "music problem in school based curriculum development " as the starting point, three points as a line to discuss the feasibility of "relying on Shandong folk resources to develop school-based curriculum".At the beginning of the first chapter, summarizes the supporting point of school-based curriculum development in theory, including the 2011 edition "school-based curriculum development" of described in "music curriculum standard" of, various educational structure reform under the Ministry of education, to promote education innovation policy files etc..
