By taking the high school music curriculum and Changle folk music respectively to the main point and main line, this study proposed a research subject, that is school-based curriculum resources development and teaching practice of the Changle folk music in Hunan province. The research themes mainly consist of theories and practice, one of the themes is school-based curriculum resources development with respect to the Changle folk music, about this theme, the theory about school-based curriculum resources development was taken as the guide and excellent folk music resources in Changle- part of Changle folk music was chosen to construct school based curriculum resources development related theory which was based on the survey about the X high school’s actual situation and students’ psychological development and demands. The other is a preliminary attempt in teaching practice. According to the content constructed in the first part and the actual situation of X high school, this study was implemented on the basis of following process of school-based curriculum resources development and went deep into the concrete teaching practice.The full text is divided into five parts: the introduction, including the origin of the topic、the significance of the topic、research review、research ideas and methods and concepts. The first chapter is the necessity and feasibility of school-based curriculum resource development and utilization about ChangLe folk music. Necessity is discussed mainly in the aspect of the social environment’s promoting which includes the multicultural tide 、the curriculum reform policies and the needs for maintaining student’s own vitality. Feasibility is mainly settled in the teaching practice of the specific school-- X high school, the internal and external environment was investigated and analyzed so as to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation. The second chapter is the process of ChangLe folk based music curriculum resources development. This part was spread according to the process of school-based curriculum resources development. The content includes introduction and analysis of Changle folk music,the goal setting 、 content choice 、 implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum resources development. These contents can provide the main supports for the teaching practice. The third chapter is the specific teaching practice of school-based curriculum resources development about ChangLe folk music, it can be implemented in the teaching practice according to the construction of the second chapter, in this part, the author implemented this practice in the form of teaching cases so as to reproduce the classroom teaching situation. The fourth chapter is the summary and reflection about the school-based curriculum resources development and teaching practice about ChangLe folk music. The final research results show that: teaching practice of ChangLe folk music school-based curriculum development have a great influence on student’s learning and life, especially in the aspect of commitment to the local folk culture. The teaching practice can play a substantial role in ChangLe folk non material cultural’s heritage and protection. The corresponding achievements will also provide primary information and experiences for follow-up studies.
