| Ming Dynasty Zhongdu was located in Fengyang,it’s Zhu Yuanzhang’s hometown.The capital was built mainly from 1369 to 1375,with very high specifi-c ations.A large number of carved stone cultural relics,which has important value for the study of Ming Dynasty architecture and the early Ming political,economic and c-ultural.This paper studies the related problems of the carved stone cultural relics in Z-hongdu,on the basis of absorbing the results of previous studies as widely as possible,according to the carved stone cultural relics.First of all,the reasons of this topic,research status,research focus,research me-thods,data sources and other issues are analyzed and explained.On this basis,combin-g the historical documents of carved stone cultural relics in the Ming Dynasty Zhong-du according to the order of time.Summarizing the historical changes and existing co-nditions of the main buildings in Zhongdu,and explains the initial scale,previous des-truction and restoration of carved stone cultural relics in the Ming Dynasty Zhongdu.Secondly.Classifying the carved stone cultural relics into the following different cate-gories,according to the relevant theories of typology,such as realistic animals,char-acters,monsters,plants and flowers,geometric patterns,stone inscriptions and so on.And research on the typology of these patterns,according to different kinds of carving techniques.Discussing the cultural connotation and epochal character of the carved st-one cultural relics from different angles of history,folklore and archaeology.It traces the cultural connotations and their changing progess of some classic cases in the hist-ory.Such as dragon,phoenix,turtle,kylin,lion,deer,sheep,horse,peony,lotus,loquat,clouding and some other geometric patterns.Particulariy,both the cultural connotati-on of these pictures in the specific historical background of the early Ming Dynasty a-nd their inheritance and innovation of Previous Generations were analyzed.At the sa-me time,the age characteristics of stone carving in Zhongdu are discussed by compa-ring the same images in the different dynasties.Newly,the artistic features of carved s-tone cultural relics in Zhongdu are studied based on the historical and artistic theories.It’s divided into two aspects:on the one hand,it discusses the basic living conditions a-nd carving techniques of the engraving workers in the early Ming Dynasty;on the ot-her nand,it analyzes the artistic expression form,design idea and aesthetic conscious-ness of the carved stone cultural relics in Ming Dynasty Zhongdu.Finaly,summarizi-ng the main conclusions,academic value and shortcomings of this paper,and points out the main problems that need to be explored. |
