“Construct” Series Ceramic Vase Design Research

"Construct" ceramic works inspired by modern architectural works and constructed with square geometric shapes.Fascinated by the rhythm,space and beauty of the architecture and doing a series research on sporadic and soft nature of ceramic materials,splicing,cutting,multi-angle sgifting,scatting and changing the shape to achieve a rich sense of depth.Throughout the entire creating process,from the beginning control of the deformation of ceramics and rhythm to the later gradually became a reflection of space and better use of ceramic clay and the idea of “dynamic” sculpture,the whole process brought about great growth.Got subtle shift through books,movies,and works of masters in various fields.In addition to the growth of learning and training in space,there is also an improvement in creative thinking that has been continuously improved during the creating process.
