English learning of Junior middle school plays an important role in laying foundation for English learning,However,the results of current middle school students' English learning are not satisfactory,The reason is that they lack scientific learning methods.English learning requires a lot of memory,Human physiology leads to learned knowledge if it cannot be reviewed by student at critical points in time,they must cause poor memory effect in English.Because the review time and forgetting speed decrease exponentially,In particular,the newly learned English words have the fastest forgetting speed on the day.However,the possibility of students reviewing during this period is very low.The students will not go to review until before the exam,but only about 21%of their English knowledge will be kept in memory at this time..This is the root cause of the problem that students cannot remember even if they repeatedly remember it.Students spend a lot of time and energy to memorize but bring little effect,its Combat their learning confidence and interest.therefore,Lack of scientific memory methods and " high input and low output" learning are one of the main reasons for the poor learning effect of some students.This article is based on the learning measurement theory,deep learning and Ebbinghaus forgetting curves.The information and communication technology(ICT)auxiliary system is adopted as the measurement means to Help students improve their memory.First of all,based on learning measurement,students' memory and review process are represented graphically.Then compare Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.Through the effect to find out and explain whether the students review according to the forgetting curve and Feedback the measurement results to the students.Through the comparison of effect and memory to help them develop correct review habits.Keep on reviewing at the forgetting point to promote students'autonomous learning and deepen their understanding and application of words so as to improve their English learning effect.The experimental results show that.Using systematic measurement,we can see whether students review according to the key time node to establish a scientific memory habit.Secondly,the scores of most students show a trend of improvement and can be maintained.Finally,it can enhance the students' learning confidence and stimulate the students' learning enthusiasm with the improvement of their grades and the maintenance of effective performance.
