From the 20th to the mid 1950s, learning strategies have been educational psychology attention, development today, with the specific combination of academic disciplines Learning Strategy is the use of learning strategies to become a hot spot. This study tries to a questionnaire survey of university students have been understanding of learning strategies (including the implicit use of the strategy), Based on the students hope to study the characteristics and strategies affect their learning strategies to choose several major factors, use strategies to enhance their awareness and the level of English to improve their quality of learning and efficiency.Through interviews of students, questionnaires, advice of experts, and existing research achievements, I draw up the learning strategy scale, sense of self-confidence scale, motive scale, and reasoning scale scale in English learning. After been verified, the reliability and validity of all scales can live up to the requirements of statistics without exception. Then a testing is applied among 493 students from grade 1 to grade 4 in 9 college. On the base of statistic and analysis, a conclusion is drew as follows:1. The structure of English learning strategies is rational, which is posted by this research. And it is quite high, which is internal homogeneity reliability and content validity of each questionnaires. It is also acceptable accord to the rule of psychological measure, which is the structural validity of the other questionnaires.2. The overall level, students explicit strategy in the use of "not sure" and "in line with the basic" hesitating between, Implicit strategy and the use of significantly lower than explicit strategy implicit strategy feeling relatively stable, with the grade changes fluctuations; Implicit strategy for the use of gender differences, boys better than girls.3. Listening to the literacy strategy, there are significant differences between the sexes, The general trend is girls than boys are better at the use of appropriate learning strategies, their confidence in learning English, Motivation levels, as well as ways of attribution than boys positive.4. Students use English learning strategies differences in the performance significantly. Specific performance of outstanding student-oriented strategy for the use of their learning strategy level is much higher than other achievements group, outstanding student of English learning more self-confident, more positive attribution in learning motivation, the underlying motivation for a dominant position. poor hygiene and it is quite the opposite.5. The students in different grades in English language learning strategies exist grade level difference With the general trend is higher grades dropped, but the church, the strategy level will rise.6. The concept of psychological factors can learn basic strategy variation of the explanations. sense of self-confidence, Endogenous motivation, and positive reasoning to the learning strategies has a direct impact Exogenous negative motives and attributions of the learning strategy is not directly affected significantly.
