The Phonology Study On Liaoning Panjin Dialect

Panjin City is located in the south-central part of Liaoning Province and belongs to the western part of Liaoning Province.According to the division of the second edition of the Chinese Language Atlas,Panjin dialect belongs to the Changjin fragment of the Hafu section of the Northeast Mandarin.Panjin dialect has not been systematically studied yet.There is only one paper on the phonology of Dawa District in Panjin city using experimental phonetics method.The study of dialect phonetics in other districts and counties is still in the blank stage.Therefore,this topic focuses on a comprehensive and systematic phonetic survey of Panjin dialect.Firstly,the phonological characteristics of Panjin dialect are introduced in detail from three aspects of phonology and intonation.Secondly,the similarities and differences under the influence of internal regional and social factors are analyzed.At the same time,it also analyses the similarities and differences between Putonghua and its surrounding dialects,as well as the comparison with the middle ancient pronunciation,and carries on the special discussion to its characteristic,in order to better describe some characteristics and rules of Panjin dialect,and to fill in the blank of Panjin dialect research to a certain extent.The full text is divided into five chapters:Chapter ?"Introduction" is divided into four parts:First,an overview of Panjin City's geographical population,historical evolution,cultural overview and language use.Second,introduce the research status of Panjin dialect and the purpose and significance of this study.Third,introduce the object and method of this study.Fourth,it mainly introduces the survey of pronunciation partners and international phonetic symbols and symbols.Chapter ? "Phonetic System" is divided into two parts:First,describing the phonological system of Panjin dialect,choosing Xinglongtai District as the representative point to describe the phonological system of Panjin dialect,and explaining the special phonemes that need attention.Second,describing the isyllabic tone sandhi in Panjin dialect,including the tone sandhi and erhua.Chapter ?"Panjin City Phonetic and Putonghua Phonetic Comparison" is divided into three parts:consonant comparison,vowel comparison,tone comparison.From three aspects of phonology and intonation,this paper tries to clearly show the similarities and differences between Panjin dialect and Putonghua,and find out the main phonetic characteristics that distinguish Panjin dialect from Putonghua.Chapter ?"Panjin City Phonetic and Medieval Phonetic Comparison"is divided into three parts:consonant comparison,vowel comparison and tone comparison.This paper describes the corresponding relationship between Panjin dialect and the middle ancient pronunciation from the three parts of phonology and intonation.Chapter ?"Panjin Dialect Phonetic Symposium" is divided into four parts:one is the discussion of the pronunciation of Zhizhuang Zhang today,the other is the discussion of the pronunciation of the middle ancient Japanese alphabet.In these two parts,we will not only sum up the present pronunciation of Zhizhuangzhang group and Japanese alphabet in Panjin dialect,but also analyze the similarities and differences in pronunciation between the old and the new schools,and take into account the differences and similarities in pronunciation among the districts and counties in Panjin city.Thirdly,the discussion on the classification of the ancient entering tone characters in the Middle Ages is made.There are more unvoiced letters in the Northeast Mandarin dialect than in Beijing.Therefore,this part mainly carries out data statistics and induction on this phenomenon,and analyses its internal differences.Fourthly,the tone value is discussed.This part mainly starts with its internal differences,supplemented by experimental phonetics,summarizes and analyses the internal tones of Panjin City,compares their similarities and differences,and compares them with other districts and counties in Panjin City and the surrounding areas of Panjin City.
