Rural junior hish school students are in remote mountainous areas,lack of learning resources,information blockade,relatively low learning opportunities and application ability of modern technology,low self-confidence,weak willpower,poor expression ability,small space for innovation,confusion about future life and other phenomena,resulting in their low level of psychological capital,low ability to deal with social problems,and urgent need to improve.Music lessons can arouse more associations,arouse students'rich emotional responses,and then more effectively comprehend emotions,sublimate the interest of art,can easily and happily acquire knowledge,sublimate themselves.Music lesson is one of the most interesting subjects for junior high school students.Music lesson has a wide range of contents,mainly including singing,appreciation and creation.Singing teaching is the most basic part of the course.It can improve students'aesthetic sense,performance ability,optimism,self-confidence and artistic sentiment.It is also the course that junior high school students are most likely to get pleasure,and then positive qualities of junior high school students,especially self-confidence.Singing teaching has become an important way to improve the level of rural junior middle school students'psychological capital.Based on this,this study investigates 326 junior high school students in Qinghe Town Middle School of Ji'an City through questionnaires,classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students.It investigates and analyses how to improve students'singing ability in music class singing teaching.On this basis,it is classroom teaching to carry out measures to improve the level of psychological capital and verify the impact of singing teaching on the improvement of psychological capital.To find new ways,which can be used as a reference for the mental health development of rural junior middle school students.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The psychological capital of rural junior high school students is in the upper and middle level,from high to low is self-confidence(3.948 points),tenacity(3.835 points),hope(3.768 points),optimism(3.635 points),singing ability performance is medium level.The psychological capital of rural junior middle school students has no significant difference in sender,but there is a significant difference in the dimension of grade hope.Singine;ability has no significant difference in gender and grade,basically at the same level.2.Psychological capital is positively correlated with singing ability.Besides tenacity,psychological capital and its three dimensions are significantly correlated with singing ability.It shows that the higher the level of students'singing ability is,the higher the level of psychological capital.There are significant differences in psychological capital and its four dimensions between the high-level group and the low-level group of students' singing ability.It shows that singing ability can measure the level of psychological capital.Although not high,singing ability has a significant impact on self-confidence,hope and optimism.3.The practical effect of classroom teaching shows that singing teaching in music class can improve the level of psychological capital of rural junior middle school students,improve their self-confidence,optimistic attitude towards difficulties and hope for future life through singing ability.Based on this conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Strengthen the optimization of singing teaching hardware and music teacher resources to enhance the influence of music lessons;2.Strengthen the integration of singing teaching and mental health education to enhance students'sense of hope for life;3.It is necessary to construct music teachers with psychological capital training ability.
