As two important philosophers and writers in ancient China and Korea,Zhu Xi andYi Su Gwang have exerted great influence on the poetry theory and poetry creation of later generations in both countries. At present, scholars at home and abroad have made quite complete research on their poetic thoughts, but they have not paid enough attention to the relationship between them. The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of Zhu Xi's poetry on Yi Su Gwang, focusing on his book A Classification by Chifeng and other texts, and to explore Zhu Xi's important position in the development of Korean literature through this study. After Zhu Xi's poetics entered the Korean Peninsula with his Neo-Confucianism,it gradually became the official mainstream literary thought of Korea after several centuries of gestation and development, which had an important impact on the poetry theory and poetry creation of Korean literati. As a literati in the midterm Korean Dynasty,Yi Su Gwang was inevitably influenced by Zhu Xi's poetics.Judging from the citation of Chinese poetry by Yi Su Gwang in A Classification by Chifeng;Yi Su Gwang not only directly accepted Zhu Xi's poetic thoughts, but also indirectly accepted Zhu Xi's poetic thoughts through Yan Yu,Wang Shizhen,Wei Qingzhi and Luo Dajing, who were deeply influenced by Zhu Xi's poetics. In terms of specific poetic thoughts,Yi Su Gwang's acceptance of Zhu Xi's poetics is manifested in the following aspects.First of all,in the view of literature and Taoism,Yi Su Gwang accepted Zhu Xi's thought of the relationship between literature and Taoism, emphasizing that the importance of Taoism precedes literature. In the field of poetry,Yi Su Gwang and Zhu Xi,on the one hand, depreciate the status of poetry creation from the perspective of Taoism,on the other hand, affirm poetry creation from the perspective of poets.Secondly, under the influence of Zhu Xi's poetics,Yi Su Gwang's "theory of temperament" regards poetry as a means of chanting temperament, stressing that poetry should express the poet's nature and feelings, and at the same time abide by Zhu Xi's requirements of "the righteousness of poetry and Taoism",standardizing and restricting the content and language expression of poetry from the perspective of Confucian moral and ethical norms;thirdly,Yi Su Gwang's poetry.Influenced by Zhu Xi's poetics, the concept of nature requires that poetry should have real feelings in emotional expression, oppose excessive pursuit of rhythm, blindly use allusions, blindly imitate the bad atmosphere of ancient poetry, and advocate plain, reasonable and implicit poetry style in artistic style. Finally, the methods and methods of Yi Su Gwang's poetry criticism are influenced by Zhu Xi's poetry criticism method, which extends from Confucianism. In his poetry criticism,he pays special attention to the rhyme and exegesis of poetry, makes a thorough analysis and correction of the annotations of poetry, and criticizes some scholars'interpretation methods of poetry. At the same time,in the process of poetry criticism,Yi Su Gwang pays attention to the use of "self-satisfied swimming",and praises the repeated reading and savoring of the meaning and artistic image of poetry.Although Zhu Xi's poetics had an important influence on Yi Su Gwang,he had a choice and a dialectical acceptance of Zhu Xi's poetics. From Zhu Xi's influence on Yi Su Gwang,we can see the important position of Zhu Xi's poetry in Korean ancient poetry and even in poetry creation. At the same time,we can also see that the ancient Korean scholars enriched and developed Zhu Xi's poetry thought with national characteristics.
