Status has always been a relatively important research topic.Since modern times, due to organizations are the main form of human existence, the hierarchical level based on people's different social prestige is a common feature that affects all aspects of the organization. Therefore, scholars transfer their study to workplace,to research the individual social status in the organization, and find that the status plays an important role in the employee's work input, work motivation, deviant behavior, and even the overall performance of the organization.Researchers have thus turned their attention to the influencing factors of status, and personality as an intrinsic hidden factor has a significant impact on the acquisition of status. However, the current relevant research only focuses on the status of the Big Five. And only stays on the single path of "personality-status",the mechanism is still unclear. In view of this, this paper explores the status of the organization of members of the goodness personality and the mechanism through three researches, using experimental presupposition scenarios and questionnaires. The results show:(1)Individuals with goodness personality can obtain higher status in the organization;(2)Others are given the status to individuals with goodness personality is according to people's individual-oriented citizenship behavior(OCBI)and organization-oriented citizenship behavior(OCBO).That is,OCBI and OCBO play a mediating role between goodness personality and status.(3)When an individual produces OCBI and OCBO,others give their status by judging the individual's communion and agency, that is,the communion and agency play a mediating role between OCBI and OCBO and the status.
