Research On The Cooperation Model Of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra And Hunan Community

For museums,art galleries,exhibition halls and other public cultural institutions,it is self-evident that they play an important role in the publicity and popularization of cultural and art education of citizens.From the very beginning,they have played an important role in the public cultural service system.In recent years in the social public cultural art education under the background of "national aesthetic education",a lot of theatres and concert halls as well as literature and art troupes in promoting the public art education popularization also active attack,in terms of art popularized education is no longer just limited to operations within the organization and operation,more can go out and explore the multidimensional and community practice of innovative cooperation and development.During my internship in Shanghai symphony orchestra,I participated in relevant community art education projects between Shanghai symphony orchestra and hunan community.Through case study method,literature study method,interview method,inductive analysis method and other research methods,the author summarized and sorted out the theater brand art education of Shanghai symphony orchestra and the art education activities carried out in cooperation with hunan community.Based on the cooperation needs and foundation of "Shanghai symphony orchestra" and "hunan community",this paper first analyzes the emergence of the cooperation needs between Shanghai symphony orchestra and hunan community.Second,with the Shanghai symphony orchestra and community cooperation skill teaching project "music good neighbors" for the actual cases,analysis of art education and community cooperation project is how to operate and operations,based on the statistical data,according to teaching content production,publicity and promotion activities,be born to perform,to the community cooperation project "music good neighbors" art practice are summarized.Finally using related art theory and related knowledge of management,combined with their own ideas at the same time,to build an ideal about "theater in community construction,cooperation with the community to carry out activities related to art education,revitalize the peripheral resources" of a large framework,establish and promote the construction of community culture construction and the theatre for the future development of win-win model.At last,the author put forward some thoughts and Suggestions on the future participation of theater and theater in the construction and development of the community.
