| In order to find out the asymmetry between the cultivation of rural Fine Art Students and the demand of art talents in secondary vocational schools,understand the main factors causing the poor employment quality of Fine Art Students in secondary vocational schools in rural areas,improve the cohesion between the cultivation of Fine Art Students in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan and the demand of social talents,and improve the employment quality of Fine Art Students in secondary vocational schools in rural areas in Heyuan,it is very necessary and important for us to research the employment problems of art graduates coming from rural areas in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan.This paper takes the rural art graduates of secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City as the research object.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,induction and statistical analysis,the employment problem of rural art graduates of secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City is studied by applying career planning theory and job matching theory.The study finds that there are some problems in the employment of art graduates of secondary vocational rural schools in Heyuan City,such as low employment satisfaction,low professional counterpart rate and poor employment stability.This paper analyses the influencing factors of the employment of rural Fine Art Students in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City,and points out that the main reasons for the above problems are the low salary,poor self-evaluation and poor social security treatment of rural art graduates in secondary vocational schools.This paper holds that solving the employment problem of rural art graduates in Heyuan Vocational School should be carried out from three aspects: schools,students themselves and government departments.For schools,it is necessary to optimize professional construction,innovate employment guidance and set up more colorful practical activities in schools;for students,it is necessary to strengthen professional theory and practical skills learning,strengthen their awareness of career planning,and strengthen their ability of practical innovation;for government departments,it is advisable to promote secondary vocational students’ network participation,policy formulation and social development to synchronize and increase.We should publicize major policies,intensify the implementation of policies,strengthen supervision and evaluation,and improve the legal system of employment policies. |
