In order to gather information/data on Employability and the Effect on Employment of graduates in the Secondary Vocational School and what factors are at play, the author made 2 questionnaires on the aforementioned topics and chose407 respondents to carry out the research. The finding shows: 1. The questionnaire on the employment ability of the graduates in the Secondary Vocational School has demonstrated evidence of reliability and validity; 2. the secondary vocational school graduates employability and employment quality are not ideal; 3. there is significant difference between male and female graduates in employment ability; there is no significant difference between the graduates whether he/she had served on the variable class leader in employment ability; there is no significant difference between graduates from different place in employment ability; 4. there is no significant difference between the male and female graduates’ in subjective employment quality; The girls’ subjective employment quality is higher than boys’. there is no significant difference between the graduates whether he/she had served on the variable class leader in subjective employment quality; 5. the Secondary vocational school graduates employability and employment quality are positive correlation, work ability affect the employment quality,followed by the phychological quality, teamwork, personality traits, basic capabilities.
