The concept of "art film" was first proposed in Europe,and this type of film has had a profound impact on film creation around the world.Influenced by European art movies,Chinese movies combined with local development to create excellent art movies,which has attracted attention at home and abroad.Chapter 1: this chapter discusses the emergence of Chinese art films in the 20 th century and the transformation of art films since the new century.In 1980 s,the mainland "Fifth Generation Directors","Hong Kong New Wave" and "Taiwan New Film" jointly germinated Chinese art films and laid the artistic foundation for their works.In 1990 s,based on the foundation,the sixth generation directors had made innovations and development.Since the 21 st century,with the changes of economy,politics and culture,directors in the mainland of China have made changes to adapt to the market.Art films in Hong Kong and Taiwan have gradually begun to cooperate with the mainland to cope with the changes since the new century.Chapter 2: this chapter discusses the influence of images and symbols in film ontology on the technical aspects of Chinese art films.In terms of technological creativity,Chinese art films have taken the lead in many pioneer technological experiments.The use of imaginary and real image creativity and "long lens" technology innovation has broadened the performance channels of Chinese art film images.Chapter 3: through the exploration of "poem" Element and "surreal" aesthetic style,this chapter discusses the aesthetic creativity of Chinese art film.In terms of aesthetic creativity,the embedding of modern poetryand ancient style poetry make the film poetic,add the philosophical implication and cultural value of art films,and the combination of surrealistic elements and realistic themes add to the artistry of films and convey aesthetic ideas.The "defamiliarization" of film narrative makes audiences refreshed.This film narrative style has become a pioneer audio-visual language,which strengthens the artistic characteristics of Chinese art films.Chapter 4 : this chapter conveys the philosophical in Chinese art films from the perspectives of "cultural","Humanistic Care" and "Life Care".On the level of philosophical,since the new century,Chinese art movies have continued from "old" to "new",which strengthens the expression of philosophical implications.The concern of Chinese art movies for marginal figures and the revelation of the innate sense of loneliness of human beings have explored the absurdity of human beings and triggered the audience's philosophical thinkingChapter 5: this chapter expands the scope of influence of Chinese art films through modern media.On the basis of strengthening the quality of artistic film creation,Chinese artistic films should seek financial support from the state policy,non-governmental investment,such as "crowdsourcing",international and domestic film exhibition publicity,create brand advantages of domestic art theatres,improve modern audiences' awareness of Chinese artistic films,and expand the commercial competitiveness of artistic films in order to achieve the benefits of artistic films.
