Research On Online Music "Reality Show" From The Perspective Of Youth Subculture

Online Music “Reality Show”(OMRS),as one of the most important types of online variety shows,have ushered in a good development opportunity in the past two years.According to the statistics of The Entertainment White Paper in 2017,OMRSs occupied three places of Top 5 online variety shows in 2017,including The Coming One(1st),The Rap of China(2nd)and Super Boy(5th).OMRSs are produced in the network media,and the cultural attributes themselves are complex and diverse.They not only include the attributes of youth subculture,but also the attributes of mass culture that are born out of the music reality TV shows,as well as the attributes of popular culture that caters to the development of pop music.Thus,the purpose of this dissertation is to present and analyse OMRSs by combining the theoretical changes in the network media environment and the flexibly using of the theory of youth subculture.The main content of this dissertation will be divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the presenting of OMRSs,which is the research object of this dissertation.By defining the definition,development and status quo of the concept of OMRSs and exploring its cultural attributes,this part will further answers the question of why the text is being studied with the youth subculture visual threshold.The second chapter analyzes the texts of OMRSs,where the author tries to sum up the styles of OMRSs through symbolic analysis,and summarizes the sources and forms of youth subculture styles in the program from bricoldge,homology and subversion.The third chapter attempts to explore the essence of youth subculture in OMRSs from three aspects: cyberspace,real environment and commercial interests.The fourth chapter combines the previous part of this dissertation to analyze the practical significance of the young subculture of OMRSs.Then it probes into how OMRSs can balance the relationship with dominant culture.
