For L2 learners,the form and usage of time words are very complicated,which makes them appear various types of errors in the process of using.Time words composed of time units such as "year,month and day(day,date)" are often simply handled in Chinese teaching,and students do not pay enough attention to it,but these words are of great importance in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article takes Pakistani students as observation objects,and examines their acquisition of words such as “year,month and day(day,date)”,and summarizes the causes of errors and errors in the use of students.It provides the corresponding teaching strategies for Chinese teachers and also summarizes certain methods for students to learn these words.This article is divided into six chapters to analyze the time words of Pakistani students' acquisition of "year,month and day(day,date)" :Chapter ?: It introduces the origin and significance of the research,summarizes the existing research in the academic area,clarifies the research object,introduces the theoretical basis of the research and the research methods used,and explains the source of the corpus.Chapter ?: It analyzes the scope,form and classification of time words from the ontology,and synthesizes the time expression form and the composition of time words according to the part-of-speech and word class attribution of time words such as "year,month and day(day,date)".Features.The expression of time is divided into four kinds of time words: time point words,time point phrases,time period words,and time period phrases.The time point words can be used as five syntactic components: subject,predicate,object,attribute,adverbial.The time period words can be used as six syntactic components: subject,predicate,object,attributive,adverbial,and complement.Chapter ?: It analyzes the distribution of time words such as "year,month and day(day,date)" in the textbook based on "HSK Standard Course".We found that these words appeared the most in the number of primary textbooks,but the time nouns accounted for the majority,and were not much introduction in vocabulary and grammar as well.Chapter ?: It is based on the Chinese students of the Confucius Institute at University of Karachi in Pakistan.It examines the expressions of the words “year,month and day(day,date)” and the errors that occur.The subjects we surveyed covered the third,fourth,and fifth HSK level,and the bias rate dropped stepwise.Students have misunderstood vocabulary and grammar during their acquisition,which is the internal bias of words,the mixing of time.The misexpression of time and the misuse of grammar.Chapter ?: It puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for the teaching of the words “year,month and day(day,date)” of Pakistani students,which based on the three aspects of teaching materials,teacher teaching and learner learning.Chapter ?: It summarizes the main points and the inadequacies of this article,and the areas to be strengthened as well.
