Study On The Development Of Characteristic Cultural Towns In Western Sichuan Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is an important strategy for the construction of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It calls for giving priority to the development of agricultural countryside,vigorously developing rural industry and enriching farmers.It is an important method to realize this strategy by accelerating the construction of small beautiful characteristics towns.So,it is necessary to take as a normal work that constructs and develops characteristic small towns,especially those with special culture.For this reason,cultivation and basic preparation of characteristic towns were jointly carried out by many parts of the State Council and their subordinate units.They believe that it is necessary to highlight the characteristics of towns,develop industries,protect the environment,be sanitary and clean,and be suitable for living.In this paper,based on the theory of Marxist urban and rural development and the strategy of rural revitalization,the development status,existing problems and their solving metholds of characteristic cultural towns in Western Sichuan were studied by using the methods of literature investigation,integrating theory with practice,field investigation,questionnaire survey and network mediation.Achieves results as follows:1.The relevant theories of characteristic towns,basic concepts are systematically combed and which characteristics,construction background and evolution of characteristic towns were analyzed.And Marx's theory of urban-rural integration and the current theory of national strategy for Rural Revitalization in China were also involved which were used to investigate the status quo of characteristic cultural towns in Western Sichuan,explore the current development of Characteristic Towns in China.It can be to lay a foundation for the development path of cultural towns with distinctive characteristics and the determination of countermeasures.2.Using literature survey,comprehensive analysis and appropriate network survey methods,four typical of small towns were selected as research samples according to certain principles.A general survey and analysis of the characteristic towns in Western Sichuan were made according to their respective characteristics by adopting literature investigation and field investigation.The location,characteristic culture and characteristic industries of small towns were studied which was in order to find out the problems,model shaping,orientation of comprehensive cultural and tourism services and the deep-seated problems,which can be further improved and perfected in the process of their problems studied.3.Aiming at the advantages and specific problems of the typical characteristic cultural towns in Western Sichuan,some common problems of the cultural towns in Western Sichuan were Clarifyied by means of questionnaires.And then,these were expanded deeply and breadly.So,the deep-seated and bottleneck problems were find out in the characteristic cultural towns of Western Sichuan.Thus it can provide a basis for their development approaches and methods decision-making.4.Synthesizing the current situation and existing problems of characteristic cultural towns in Western Sichuan,the development path and methods of characteristic cultural towns were explored under the perspective of rural revitalization using comparative research methods and comparing domestic and foreign experience,which can provide theoretical support for the construction of characteristic cultural towns in Western Sichuan to adhere to green development,characteristic development,scientific development,innovation development and leading development.
