The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and written into the party constitution.We will continue to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas in the future,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,accelerate the realization of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life.The goal of agricultural and rural modernization is of great significance.Culture is an important driving force for rural rejuvenation.In the rural areas to achieve industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent development of the general requirements,we must pay attention to the important role of culture.Specifically,the first is to strengthen ideological education through cultural construction,and to publicize and mobilize the masses to unify their thinking,to build consensus,to overcome difficulties,and to revitalize the countryside.Second,through cultural construction,improve the scientific and cultural knowledge of villagers,and provide development momentum for rural talent revitalization,industrial revitalization,and ecological revitalization.Third,through cultural construction,the villagers' humanities literacy can be improved,and a harmonious and stable,honest and trustworthy,and simple and honest social environment can be formed.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from the revitalization of rural culture.In recent years,Sichuan has made remarkable achievements in the implementation of the strategy of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In the aspects of infrastructure and industrial development,it has formed a path of thinking and practice with Sichuan characteristics,but in the new historical period,to adapt There are still many weak links in the process of rural revitalization,especially the construction of rural culture.Therefore,based on the rural revitalization background,this paper studies the effects and problems of Sichuan rural cultural construction,finds out the dilemma faced by Sichuan rural cultural construction,and proposes a solution that meets the requirements of rural revitalization and fits the requirements of rural cultural construction,based in Sichuan.Building a strong culture has very important practical significance for promoting the near-term goals and long-term vision of Sichuan's rural revitalization strategy.Combining the research results and investigations of Sichuan rural cultural construction under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the Sichuan village has achieved good results in cultural hardware facilities,cultural software content and brand building,but still faces the weak material foundation of cultural construction.Problems such as insufficient understanding,inadequate system,inadequate environment,and large differences in development.Through comprehensive analysis of the reasons for these problems,it is concluded that the rural cultural construction in Sichuan is due to insufficient "top-level design" of cultural construction,inadequate cultural construction awareness,and urban-rural dual system dysentery,which have led to the hollowing out of the rural population,talent shortage,and industrial development.Slowly solve the dilemma.Therefore,this paper focuses on the short-term goal of rural revitalization strategy and the main content of rural cultural construction,combined with the reality of Sichuan rural cultural construction,puts forward that Sichuan rural cultural construction should work hard in four aspects.First,strengthen the construction and utilization of rural cultural facilities.Second,strengthen the construction of rural cultural construction,third,enrich the form of rural cultural construction,and fourth,vigorously develop the rural economy.
