Singing Analysis And Stage Performing Steps Of Glinda In The Musical Drama"The Wicked Witch"

Based on the classical magic fairy tale The Wizard of Oz,the musical "Wicked" was adapted.It has won many authoritative awards in the music theatre circle and performed many performances on Broadway.It also makes artists begin to think about the abilities that musicians need to possess behind these achievements.This paper explores the musicians' shaping of a musician through the elements of the musical.Complete and fuller analysis of the roles required.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter will introduce the background of the play and the general situation of the whole play from two aspects: the creative background and the outline of the story;the second chapter will analyze the role of Glinda in the play from the plot;the third chapter will analyze the singing of the character Glinda in the play from the musical style,the singing method of choosing songs,and how to choose the singing method according to the image of the characters in the plot.In the play,Glinda's anthology "popular" is an example to explore the characterization from the aspects of timbre shaping,drama poem analysis,music analysis,singing methods and drama performance.Chapter five summarizes and elaborates the characterization of Glinda.
