The communication of culture is benefit for the improvement of Chinese international competitiveness.If more countries and nations can understand our culture,so they understand our way of thinking and code of conduct.In the process of Chinese culture's external communication and exchange,the Confucius Institute acts as a bridgehead and has made a significant contribution to the "going out" of Chinese culture.With the emergence of the Confucius Institutes around the world and the Confucius Classrooms,the cultural communication and communication industry is in full swing in different corners of the world.We can't help but think about it.What is the real effect in this lively scene?This issue has also become the focus of some scholars.With the book "Confucius Institute and International Communication of Chinese Culture" by Wu Song,the authors have evaluated and studied the cultural communication effects of Confucius Institutes in different countries.Currently,there are already the United States,Russia,Thailand,Japan,Lebanon,Italy,Hungary,Spain and other countries,but the research on the cultural communication effect of the Confucius Institute in Italy is still relatively small.As a subordinate institution of the Confucius Institute,Confucius Classroom is at the forefront of cultural exchange and communication.It often faces a situation of heavy tasks and few people.The difficulties and dilemmas faced in the process of promoting Chinese culture are also rarely noticed by scholars.Therefore,this paper takes the Confucius Classroom of Cagliari University as the focus,investigates the effect of cultural communication,and summarizes the current experience and problems of Confucius Classroom in spreading Chinese culture according to the survey results,so that Confucius Classroom can promote Chinese culture in a sustainable and efficient manner.Provide practical suggestions and strategies,and hope to have some reference to other newly established Confucius Classrooms.This paper focuses on five issues:First,what is the purpose of Confucius Classroom learners at Cagliari University to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture?2.What are the channels for Confucius Classroom learners at Cagliari University to understand Chinese culture?3.What is the effect of Confucius Classroom cultural activities at Cagliari University?4.What is the cognition and attitude of the Confucius Classroom learners at Cagliari University on Chinese culture?V.According to the survey results,combined with the existing related research,through the comparison between countries,analyze the problems in the process of cultural communication and promotion of Cagliari Confucius Classroom,and propose a relative strategy.This paper takes the students of Confucius Classroom at Cagliari University as the research object,summarizes the group characteristics of learners,analyzes the learners'understanding of Chinese culture channels,and uses questionnaires to investigate the effects of cultural activities held in the classroom.The cognitive situation and attitude of Chinese culture have the following conclusions:First,the Cagliari Confucius classroom learners have large age differences,and the Chinese proficiency is mainly at the low level.It is an interest-oriented learning group and the main learning Chinese.The purpose is to understand Chinese culture,increase knowledge,and college students and middle school students also have the objective needs of finding a job and studying in China.Second,the main channels for students to acquire Chinese culture come from Chinese classrooms,cultural activities and the media.The cultural exchanges in the Chinese classroom are fragmented;the media is dominated by Italian social media and video sites,and the WeChat public number promoted by the classroom is currently not in line with the students' habits;learners also learn about China through books and magazines,but The use of magazines such as Confucius Institute is not ideal.Fourth,the main purpose of learners participating in cultural activities is to understand Chinese culture.The current activities can basically meet the needs of participants,but there are single forms of activities and uneven content.The problem is mainly in the form of experience,lacking lectures and exhibitions with high student voices;the content is mainly behavioral culture,lacking activities with the theme of spiritual culture,mainly based on traditional culture,lacking introduction to contemporary culture.Fourth,students' perceptions and attitudes towards Chinese culture are generally good,and the learning experience in Confucius Classroom can effectively enhance students' positive understanding of China,especially Chinese culture and Chinese society;but there is also widespread understanding.In the situation,the understanding of the spiritual and cultural level is obviously weaker than the material culture and behavioral culture.In response to the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:First,the content of communication should be hierarchical and systematic.Hierarchy is to select appropriate cultural content according to the learner's Chinese level and cognitive characteristics,and also use different levels.Cultural content attracts different groups;it is necessary to dig deeper into the different connotations of the same cultural elements and introduce them to students at different levels;systematization means not only paying attention to traditional culture,but also focusing on contemporary culture,finding common ground of Chinese and Italian culture,and using cultural mutuality.The Chinese culture is introduced in a way that is related to culture and culture,so that students can understand China more comprehensively.Second,cultural communication channels should be diversified and interesting.Cultural communication must be multi-pronged and spread in a way that students like to see and hear.Focusing on cultural activities,the results of students' characteristics and needs,innovative forms of activities,enriching the content of cultural activities,strengthening cooperation with local institutions and enterprises,expanding the influence of cultural activities;adding cultural elements to the teaching content,and promoting the promotion of Chinese classrooms The role of Chinese culture;make full use of the social media commonly used by learners,do a good job in the operation of Facebook and WhatsApp groups,adjust the content of the WeChat public platform,and make the communication method more interesting.Third,the main body of cultural communication must be specialized and localized.On the one hand,teachers should continue to learn,improve their knowledge,and be a professional cultural communicator;on the other hand,they should play the role of teachers and train local students to become introducers of Chinese culture.
