Research Of The Structural System Of The Tsinghua University Scripts On Bamboo Slips

Tsinghua Bamboo Slips are bamboo slips of the Warring States Period,which were admitted to Tsinghua University in 2008.By the beginning of 2019,they had been published to the eighth volume.It is rich in content,especially the documents about Shangshu and the history of the Chu State,which opens up a new way for the study of history and literature.In terms of characters,the characters of Chu system is the main form of Tsinghua bamboo slips.Most of these characters are clear and easy to distinguish.They are excellent materials for the study of the characters of the Warring States Period.The dissertation is mainly divided into three chapters in its structure:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the basic situation,research purposes,research methods and research process of Tsinghua bamboo slips,reviews the relevant research results of the structure of the characters in Warring States,Chu system and the characters on Tsinghua bamboo slips,and briefly describes the structure of Tsinghua bamboo slips.The second chapter is the study of the character structure of Tsinghua bamboo slips.It explores the character structure of Tsinghua bamboo slips from four aspects: simplification,complexity,assimilation and alienation.Among them,simplification mainly includes stroke simplification,shape simplification and borrowing;multiplication mainly includes stroke multiplication and partial multiplication;assimilation mainly includes in-word assimilation and out-of-word assimilation;and alienation mainly includes stroke alienation,partial alienation and orientation alienation.In the course of the research,combining oracle bone inscriptions,bronze inscriptions and other characters of the same period,and absorbing various viewpoints,the dissertation collates and analyses the font structure of Tsinghua bamboo slips.The third chapter is about the phenomena of other character structure systems in Tsinghua bamboo slips.The dissertation mainly discusses the phenomena of ancient characters and other regional characters in the character structure system of Tsinghua bamboo slips,and studies the relationship between the character structure system of Tsinghua bamboo slips and the character writing style with the example of Shifa.This dissertation hopes to provide new clues and perspectives for the study of Tsinghua bamboo slips by analyzing and sorting out the character structure system of Tsinghua bamboo slips,so as to provide new information for the study of the character structure system of Chinese characters.
